Description
Overview
A replacement chainsaw chain for mid-size farm and home chainsaws. Factory laser-sharpened cutters with a chrome-plated finish come ready to cut and hold their edge longer between sharpening.

Fitting & safety
- Pitch, gauge and drive-link count must all match your guide bar and sprocket. Check them against your old chain or the markings on the bar before ordering (see specifications).
- Fit the chain with the cutting edges facing forward along the top of the bar.
- Tension so the chain sits snug on the bar but still pulls round by hand, and re-check after the first few cuts as a new chain stretches.
- Keep the bar and chain well oiled and the cutters sharp. A blunt chain kicks back more easily.
- Wear chainsaw protective trousers or chaps, a helmet with visor and earmuffs, gloves and safety boots.
