Description
Overview
A dry-cutting segmented diamond blade for petrol cut-off saws and masonry bench saws. The gaps between the segments clear debris and let air cool the blade, giving fast, aggressive cuts in concrete, block and brick.
Applications
- Brick, besser block and pavers
- Concrete slabs, kerbs and steps
- Natural stone and granite
- General masonry and landscaping work
Features
- Diamond segments expose fresh diamond as they wear, so the blade keeps cutting through its life.
- Open gullets between segments carry away slurry and dust and help the blade run cool when cutting dry.
- Reducer rings let one blade fit tools with any of the listed bore sizes.
Fitting & safety
- Match the rotation arrow on the blade to the direction marked on your saw's guard.
- Fit the reducer ring that matches your saw's arbor so the blade sits centred, then tighten the flange firmly.
- Make sure your saw's no-load speed is no higher than the blade's maximum speed (see specifications).
- Cut dry in short passes and let the blade spin free between cuts to cool down.
- Cutting masonry, concrete and stone releases crystalline silica dust. Use water suppression or on-tool dust extraction and wear a P2 (or better) respirator.
- Inspect the blade before every use and replace it if the plate is cracked or bent, or if teeth or segments are damaged.
