Description
Overview
A turbo rim diamond blade for petrol cut-off saws and masonry bench saws that cuts wet or dry. It cuts faster than a continuous rim and leaves a cleaner edge than a segmented blade, making it a versatile all-rounder.
Applications
- Tile and natural stone
- Brick, pavers and block
- Concrete and general masonry
- Jobs that need both wet and dry cutting
Features
- Serrated turbo rim cuts quickly while keeping chipping low.
- The diamond rim exposes fresh diamond as it wears, so the blade keeps cutting through its life.
- Reducer rings let one blade fit tools with any of the listed bore sizes.
Fitting & safety
- Match the rotation arrow on the blade to the direction marked on your saw's guard.
- Fit the reducer ring that matches your saw's arbor so the blade sits centred, then tighten the flange firmly.
- Make sure your saw's no-load speed is no higher than the blade's maximum speed (see specifications).
- Use water when you can. When cutting dry, work in short passes and let the blade spin free between cuts to cool.
- Cutting masonry, concrete and stone releases crystalline silica dust. Use water suppression or on-tool dust extraction and wear a P2 (or better) respirator.
- Inspect the blade before every use and replace it if the plate is cracked or bent, or if teeth or segments are damaged.
