Description

Overview

A wet-cutting continuous rim diamond blade for petrol cut-off saws and masonry bench saws. The unbroken rim gives the cleanest, chip-free edge in ceramic and porcelain tile, marble and granite.

Applications

  • Ceramic and porcelain tile
  • Marble, granite and natural stone tile
  • Brick and pavers where a clean edge matters
  • Wet cutting on tile saws and grinders with water feed

Features

  • Continuous diamond rim for smooth, chip-free cuts in brittle materials.
  • Designed for wet cutting: water cools the rim and flushes the slurry for longer life.
  • Reducer rings let one blade fit tools with any of the listed bore sizes.

Fitting & safety

  • Match the rotation arrow on the blade to the direction marked on your saw's guard.
  • Fit the reducer ring that matches your saw's arbor so the blade sits centred, then tighten the flange firmly.
  • Make sure your saw's no-load speed is no higher than the blade's maximum speed (see specifications).
  • Use only with a constant water supply. Running this blade dry will overheat and damage the rim.
  • Cutting masonry, concrete and stone releases crystalline silica dust. Use water suppression or on-tool dust extraction and wear a P2 (or better) respirator.
  • Inspect the blade before every use and replace it if the plate is cracked or bent, or if teeth or segments are damaged.
