Overview
A high speed steel (HSS) circular blade with TiAlN coating for dedicated metal-cutting cold saws. Made for hard steels, high-tensile and stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.

Features
- Titanium aluminium nitride (TiAlN) PVD coating: multi-layer wear protection that keeps the edge sharp at high cutting temperatures.
- Responds well to high speeds and feed rates, including dry cutting.
- Fine tooth pitch for clean, burr-free cuts in tube and solid sections.
Fitting & safety
- For metal-cutting cold saws only. Never fit to a wood saw or an angle grinder.
- Clamp the work in the machine vice and choose the cutting speed for the material being cut.
- Use cutting fluid where your machine supports it for longer blade life.
- Wear safety glasses and gloves. Swarf is hot and sharp.
- Inspect the blade before every use and replace it if the plate is cracked or bent, or if teeth or segments are damaged.
