Description
Overview
A heavy-grade segmented diamond blade for petrol cut-off saws and masonry bench saws, made specifically for cutting asphalt.
Applications
- Asphalt roads, driveways and car parks
- Trenching and patch repairs in asphalt
- Road and civil works
Features
- Alternating tall and short segments for fast cutting and good chip clearance in soft, abrasive asphalt.
- Heavy-grade diamond segments made for asphalt cutting.
Fitting & safety
- Match the rotation arrow on the blade to the direction marked on your saw's guard.
- Check the bore matches your saw's arbor before fitting. Never force a blade onto the spindle or enlarge the bore.
- Use water where possible to keep the blade cool and the dust down. If cutting dry, work in short passes.
- Cutting masonry, concrete and stone releases crystalline silica dust. Use water suppression or on-tool dust extraction and wear a P2 (or better) respirator.
- Inspect the blade before every use and replace it if the plate is cracked or bent, or if teeth or segments are damaged.
