Description
Overview
A stainless steel replacement blade for butcher bow saws (meat saws). It cuts cleanly through meat and bone, and stainless steel resists corrosion and is easy to keep clean.

Fitting & safety
- Fit the blade with the teeth pointing away from the handle and tension it firmly in the frame.
- Wear cut-resistant gloves and keep fingers clear of the cutting line.
- Wash and dry the blade after every use, and sanitise before it touches food again.
- Replace the blade when teeth are damaged or it no longer cuts cleanly.
